Oil Recovery Ventures, LLC (the “Company”), was founded in 2007 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Planet Resource Recovery, Inc. and has corporate offices located in Houston, Texas. Oil Recovery Ventures, LLC operates as an oil and gas production company utilizing specialized enhanced oil recovery products based on a core technology known as PetroLuxus™  developed by its parent company, Planet Resource Recovery, Inc.  PetroLuxus™ Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) products have proven themselves to enhance and optimize the production, efficiency and profitability of mature oil and gas wells. 

Oil Recovery Ventures, LLC teams up with other production companies through joint venture agreements or directly leases and produces it own properties.  PetroLuxus™ well enhancement technologies are suitable for oil rigs and is highly effective, quick (several hours to deploy) and less costly than most conventional technologies.

Oil Recovery Ventures, LLC will use its production base to test new directions for the PetroLuxus™ platform of products. These products are considered “Green Technologies” and provide an environmentally friendly method of separating hydrocarbons from both man-made and naturally occurring materials. PetroLuxus™ products are non-toxic, non-flammable and provide an alternative disruptive technology that is both more efficient and economical. PetroLuxus™ disrupts currently accepted best practices and changes the way hydrocarbons are being managed and harvested throughout the world.

Currently, the most widely accepted methods for separating hydrocarbons from other materials involve the utilization of chemicals, water and or steam under extremely high pressure and mechanical processes. Many of these methods are labor intensive, energy intensive and frequently cost prohibitive.

As Oil Recovery Ventures LLC will utilize Planet’s products in all phases of oil production from drilling, to completion to primary, secondary and tertiary recovery on oil in place.
