Houston, TX - American Biodiesel Fuels Corp. introduced Planet Resource Recovery Inc.’s proprietary chemical formulation for the Oil & Gas sector and related industries to enhance oil recovery and remediation. American Biodiesel Fuels Corp. has entered into a Letter of Intent to Acquire Planet Resource Recovery, Inc. resulting in Planet Resource Recovery, Inc. being the surviving company.

Planet Resource Recovery, Inc. is the developer, manufacturer and marketer of PetroLuxus. PetroLuxus, (Petro – short for Petroleum and Luxus – Latin derivation of Luxate – to dislocate or dislodge) is a proprietary non-toxic, non-flammable, cost-effective environmentally friendly chemical formulation for the Oil & Gas sector and related industries.

PetroLuxus has affinity for hydrocarbons that disperses rapidly upon treatment eliminating the interfacial surface tension between hydrocarbons and all matter it contacts including sand, clay, rock, shale. The elimination of surface tension permits oil and non-hydrocarbon material to separate resulting in a stratification of materials by specific gravity. Segregation by specific gravity facilitates efficient extraction of the desired petroleum components.
