Planet Resource Recovery gears up for status change
Planet Resource Recovery Inc. has
appointed a chief financial officer to prepare the company for
trading status with the OTCBB. The company is currently listed
on the Pink Sheets under the symbol "PRRY."
Patrick Richard, a former partner at
Turlington, Reeves, and Richard accounting firm, will begin
consolidating all accounting of the start-up petroleum-based
products remediation and recovery company, as well as its
subsidiaries, including RADA Techneum-bologies, Oil Recovery
Ventures LLC and Raptor Ventures LLC, the company said.
While working at Turlington, Richard
supervised and managed Planet Resource Recovery's accounting.
The Houston-based company has
developed an environmentally-friendly chemical compound,
trademarked PetroLuxus, that dislodges oil in both natural and
man-made environments.
The products have been successfully tested in remediation and recovery in oil spills on land and water, oil tank farm cleaning, marine ship cleaning, oil sludge pits and other applications, said company founder Kurt Neubauer.
